A sunny start to the drive. The traffic as I skirted Birmingham was horrendous, but most drivers were quite courteous, some having a laugh at the rear windiw lettering!
Thick, gorgeous forest and hilly countryside as I made my way to breakfast near the Welsh border.
Cloud increasing as heavy rain expected for the rest of the journey across Wales, through Snowdonia to Llandudno for 3 nights.
Getting the car serviced tomorrow.
