Excellent coffee and donuts only equalled by the Mexican run donut shops in Los Angeles

When everyone is stressed, worried, and anxious, sometimes it’s nice to have a smile, a laugh, and a wave. This morning’s ride was very special. Reached a lot of people.

Today was followed up x rays of ankles, knees, hips, and lower back to check for any consequences not picked up in the hospital.

Time for riding!

It just does not stop. I leapt out of bed at 5 a.m. as I thought Santa and all his reindeer had landed on the roof. Super heavy rain like Singapore or the Philippines, lightning and rumbling, rolling thunder.

The rain has been incessant. Major flooding likely near here overnight…
