Speaking with one of my more interesting international friends – VISINE poisoning.

Yes – THOSE Visine the drops to “get the red out” of your eyes.

Like arsenic, the active ingredient is odourless, tasteless and colourless – Tetrahydrozoline – 5 to 10  (or less) , 15 ml bottles dumped into your drinking water will kill an adult. 

So if the victim has an underlying health condition, the assailant “may” just get away with it if no autopsy is performed.
