I upped my budget and scored a beautiful home on Azzurra Island. It’s too big for me, but I will wait to see what happens with flatmates.
I met the outgoing tenant, Sue, and we hit it off.. I bought a lot of her stuff, which has helped both of us.
I’ve met 3 neighbours already. Lovely people and very welcoming. That’s a comfort as well as being QUIET.
