Lower Austria – the Wood Quarter

Friday 20 September 2024

There’s something incredible happening in my life right now. It’s probably going to end up as the biggest story of my life so far.

The “craziness” I seem to attract will all come to fruition in week one of October, so not too far away.

What’s happened so far has blown my mind.  Stay tuned….

Today was a domestic day. Shopping, washing, drying, planning, and yet another great night out with Martin and Michi. I also caught up with some of their friends who I saw last in 2019. Lots of laughs over pizza!

Them – beer, wine, and night caps.

Me elderflower spritz! 🀣🀣🀣

The weather was superb.

My wake up view here
I’m fully trained in domestic duties
My Airbnb for 5 nights
I have to light the fire every evening to heat the house and hot water for showers and washing dishes. So cool..
I pulled over as I saw a field full of deer. They bolted into the corn fields
Getting a sun tan in Austria in September is just ridiculous
Shiny car after a quick wipe down with ceramic spray
The countryside is so surreal here. I love it
Great roads everywhere in Austria even the country lanes are in good order
6,000 kilometres so far. A dream to drive
“Lohn Disco” 🀣🀣
Just another gorgeous sunset
Martin and Michi’s house
So much fun with my Austrian mates
The pizzas here are World Class
