My straight through drive saw me cross northern France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and rocket into Germany today. Great roads. Crazy traffic getting past Antwerp, but otherwise, 440 kilometres were easily covered. Average 5.2 l/100 kms at 130 km/h is sensational given the sky-high cost of fuel in Europe!
Fresh food, strong coffee, beautiful farmlands, and interesting cars, many models not seen Downunder.
2 nights in Essen and then 2 nights in Luneberg before I head to Denmark and Sweden.
