After a marvellous two days with my superb Couchsurfing hosts in Ramsgate, it was time to board the ferry to France.
The weather turned to shit (as is usual here, ha ha), and I arrived a little early. Check in said GO NOW, and I drove on to an earlier ferry.
High winds, drizzle, and 1.5 metre swell but a smooth crossing anyway.
Ferry is only one-third full. I love travelling off peak.
