I chose to take some real ass hats to court this week. I filed and paid the bailiff to serve the documents on the respondents. Cost me $550.00. They both shit themselves when they were served, emailed me immediately agreeing to my (more than reasonable) terms and paid my costs instantly by Paypal, pleading with me to withdraw the lawsuit.
Lawsuits involving debts can have a disastrous affect on one’s credit rating and can screw your ability to borrow money, execute leases, rent things – the list goes on.
I always take a bazooka to a knife fight. I am old, experienced and a grumpy old man when you piss me off. Do not mess with me!
